Active Minds Day centre is a place that caters and meets the needs of elderly groups of clients diagnosed with the early onset of Dementia or elderly living alone and in need of companionship, offering a variety of activities to keeping them engaged in our home away from home environment.
We provide a wide range of activities on a day to day basis, thereby stimulating our members minds active by encouraging physical activities promoting their independence, improve mobility and balance which in turn reduces the risk of falls.
